My Apple Watch SE has a blank screen and the heart rate sensor doesn't light up, but I can hear the high pitched sounds of the electronics inside and I hear it responding to force restarts. How can I diagnose and fix this? Model code is A2726.

Hello Amazing, There are a few steps we can try before replacing the display.
If #1 gives no result, then there is a bigger issue that we can troubleshoot.
If your Apple Watch does show up on your iPhone you will need to replace the display.

I also forgot to mention that the heart rate sensor doesn't light up either
Apparently, the Apple Watch SE doesn't support Watch Mirroring, so I can't do the first test.
There isn't the charging noise when plugged in and there isn't any vibration
@amazingfixer That's my bad. I forgot it was specific to flagship models.

@amazingfixer Maybe it's a backlight problem? Try shining a flashlight at the screen.

@amazingfixer It's got an OLED screen so there's no backlight; if the screen doesn't light up but the watch is functional I'm afraid you'll have to replace the whole screen.
