Play Station 3 disk drive gears problem

Here is my problem my customer play station 3 had YLDO ever thing work great. I like to have a test run before i give it to them. I had a game in the play station running for about 30 mins working great taken out the disk a like 2 or 3 times. The problem now is the last time i ejected the disk it will not accepting disc now. The problem is the gears that moves the disk inside the drive is not moving. I have tried other disk drives. The crazy part is that all of the 3 disk drives i try on another ps3 they all worked. So i have no clue what is going on
