when I touch the upper back, or when I put the iPhone on the table, I hear a slight noise as if some part or screw is loose inside the iphone. I just remove the back cover and everything seems fine.
the sound comes behind the screen.

If you hear a slight rattle sound when you tap the back of iPhone near rear camera, this is normal.

It's weird, when I hit repeatedly smooth the back and top of the iphone, I hear the sound. But if I make the same shot in the lower back, the sound does not occur. I feel that something is loose.
Also if I make the same in the front of the iphone, I do not esucho no sound or noise.

Check the vibrator on the back its probably loose
