Toshiba C850 won't charge when plugged by an AC adapter.

My Toshiba Satellite C850, wont charge, when I plugged the AC adapter it says 100% full charge, and when I unplugged it, it says 15% remaining and the AC won't lit. PLEASEEE!!! HELP!!!
