You are incredibly lucky if simply backing off the screw on the LCD shield in the bottom rightmost position will solve your blue screen problem. Most of the time, error 9 is due to trace damage on the board from overtightening the wrong "long screw" into this short screw bracket. This can be solved, but it is a major board repair. Error 14 is usually unrelated to long screw damage and may be related to battery, touch ID, or the tiny U16 chip on the board. Most of what is written on this page---usb and antivirus/firewall is a massive waste of your troubleshooting time and completely irrelevant to a clear underlying problem.
