Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team and would like to you help with your question.
Remove the battery and unplug the system. Hold the power button for 30 seconds and reseat (remove and reinstall) all memory modules.
Verify that the LED on the AC adapter is ON before you plug in the system board. If it is not, the adapter is bad, replace it.
If the system will then power up with no battery, but won't with the battery installed, the battery is bad.
If it won't power up at all, chances are the mainboard - or the DC power board if the system has a separate one - is faulty.
Hope this helps!!! Write back in case if you have any questions Thanks,
