-First try the suggestions below- recalibrate the screen, clean between screen and case (without removing case), but if neither work (which is what happened to me), connect your leappad to your computer, and get the leapfrog connect going. Once you select your device, then click on "settings" in top right hand corner, and click "repair". I had already taken my case apart and was very daunted by the possibility of having to solder or resolder anything, when I came across a site that suggested trying this. I did so, and after about 15-20 min, it had actually fixed the screen's problem, and it now responds to the stylus again. No screwdriver needed - yippee!!!
