Actually it is not, I have the same device myself. It does not actually have a SSD, it has an eMMC  storage (for ex- http://www.sandisk.in/products/embedded/inand/ )  the kind that you find in smartphones and regular tablets. The eMMC is soldered onto the motherboard. So unless you have access to spare eMMC and you know how to  solder it to the board i don't think its possible.......
