Phone rebooting after battery replacement

Texte:

So I have recently had a standard iPhone 5 in for repair, just the standard battery replacement like countless others, however, after replacement the phone will boot up (phone has done this will several NEW batteries and customers original battery) and then after about 5 minutes, the screen turns either red or blue with white or black lines down the screen. The phone powers down then restarts as per normal, but with a different battery percentage ??? Anybody have any ideas? Phone is on iOS 8.4

I've tried several different batteries and yet the same thing, disconnected each component while booting the phone and seeing if any of them are short circuiting but to no avail
