Are there any digitizers available yet?

Hello! Few months ago I bought a broken used new Nintendo 3ds, which has a small but deep scratch on touchscreen. I've been searching for new 3ds digitizers online far and wide since then, but haven't seen any.  Is there any say when they are coming for sale?

Symptoms: the touchscreen works fine for a moment, before it starts clicking on it's own. Also, the home button doesn't work.

I knew these problems when I bought it, I thought it would be fast to buy parts and repair it for myself.
