@dohomer632 , Flasher being 15 years old would be a cheap part to change to rule it out and can be intermittent. If all fuses/relays/flasher/bulbs seem OK, it is probably the multi function switch, the contacts inside the switch overtime become worn, dirty and some times burnt causing intermittent signal. You could try disassembling the switch and cleaning contacts with contact cleaner and tooth brush, fine emery sand paper, or if just light corrosion a pencil eraser will work or just replace it with a new one.
