21 Christmas carols stopped playing

Mr Christmas Holiday Merry-Go-Round

Merry-Go-Round turns, horses go up and down, light turn on but there is no sound. 21 carols are supposed to play.  I have the volume turned up on high.  Received from a friend. Any help out there??
