When I connect my ext hard nothing happen. why

| Hello. when i connect my hard drive nothing happen. i hear the voice of connecting a usb drive from my OS and the Hard LED is turned on. but i cant see anything in my computer ( any drive i mean ). i just test it on another PC and it was the same. what should i do ? have to say that my OS is win 7 64bit. thanks |
