According to Dell support site (http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-15-n5030_setup%20guide_en-us.pdf) Page 75, the N5030 will support up to 4GB of DDR3-1333, so you should be Ok.
