I have the same issue with my new BLU Dash L3, calls are OK, but no 4G or 3G . I made 4 requests to BLU for warranty repair or replacement, but they keep sending me responses like "check this" and "check that". My patience is running thin, and I am going to contact my credit card company if BLU continues to ignore my requests.
