@chunxia this sounds like the AUX has come off and been pushed in. [guide|85066|this guide]will get you to the boards. then take a couple of good pictures and post those with your question. It will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide [guide|21499] for that. Most likely soldering a new connector to it should resolve the problem.
