Hello Avinash Kumar, first of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately from what you have described to me about the device's current status, it certainly seems that water has started corroding key components on your iPhones logic board. My best reccomendation to you is to leave the device powered off,and if you plan on servicing it yourself, to open the device up, and immediately disconnect the battery and do a power drain by holding the Sleep/Wake button for atleast 3 seconds. Next you will want to locate and standing water droplets and use a micro fiber cloth to dry them. Disconnect the rear camera, display, and audio/power connections. Use 99.5% isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip to carefully clean the contacts of any water and possible corrosion. You may want to remove both batteries and even the Logic board to inspect it for further water traces. If you happen to find any, use the micro fiber cloth to dry them, and use the isoproyl rubbing alcohol to dry/clean the spots. After a thorough inspection, connect all of the connections, and then the battery connections. Make sure that the charging port is clear of any moisture, and plug the device into power. Next you will want to do a hard reset. If the phone is working properly, the Apple logo will appear and the device should boot.
