I had very low sound on video recording. All other sound was fine. I inspected the microphone hole on the back near the rear camera with a jeweler’s loupe and it appeared to be ‘gummed’ up. I used a Q tip and liberal amounts of isopropyl alcohol to loosen it andthe clog and then swab it out. The audio returned perfectly. I think some liquid like soda with sugar clogged the mic.
