Windshield bracket bolt broke.

Texte:

When attempting to remove the passenger side windshield bracket the nut welded on the the back of the bottom right nut broke.  Now when turning the bolt the whole thing spins and no longer loosens. I tried a few things to gain access to the back of the bolt such as removing all the surrounding parts and panels, but nothing worked. Any ideas?
