Wow, I am very surprised that it even boots up after your circumstance. Unfortunately there is not much you can do. I would be 110% sure everything is connected tightly, but if that is the case already you might be kinda screwed. You likely fried a component on your iPad’s Logic Board. Replacing said component would require microsoldering and microsoldering is not for beginners by any means.
