Hi @jamie70lynn , If it is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period, I suggest that you return it for a replacement. If it is no longer in warranty, here’s a link to a [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ou0TASmzkS4|video] that shows how to replace the switch. I cannot find a replacement switch online, you may have better luck. You could always try [http://www.shure.com/americas/about-shure/contact-us|contacting Shure] and ask if the switch is even available as a spare part.
