Model Frigidaire #FFU20F9GW3 reaches set temp but wont come on .

My problem with its freezer, The Freezer will cool down all the way to -5 degrees but when I turn it down to number three the compressor turns off, If you bang it by the temp control switch some times it will come on and run until it reaches the set Temp then it shuts off and doesn't come back on.

 I have replaced these parts.

Control-Temperature

Thermostat-Defrost
