Sadly, there is not much you can necessarily do about the top LCD screen for the nintendo 2ds xl. If there are a bunch of blue shapes or weird undesired lines on the top or bottom screen of the 2ds xl, I would go onto nintendo3dssupport.com and initiate a system repair for broken screens. The 2ds xl itself is well known for its lack of durable screens. I mean, you can change the screen but it will be hard, time-consuming, and really only for those people who have a good base-knowledge of this field in tech. Hope you solve the top screen issue!
