First I would try reconnecting the the battery and LCD. Just take the connectors on and put them back on. Most of the times it just needs that quick reset (it might need it a few times if it doesn’t turn in the first time). If that doesn’t work I would try a new LCD. If those two options don’t work I recommend a visit to a Third party Repair shop. Not Apple!!!
