-I tried everything and couldn't get a full cup of coffee. Vinegar, cleaning the decanter, cleaning the intake spout under the decanter, nothing worked. Couldn't get a full cup of coffee. I use a reusable wire mesh filter cup but couldn't get enough water to go thru it. I also make my own filter cups from basket filters. So I thought maybe it was too much for the water to get through because of the mesh and paper but it always worked in the beginning. So I thought maybe if I poked a small hole thru the bottom of the wire mesh simulating the kcups and the water flowed through with no obstruction. I am environmentally conscious and will not put/add plastic in a landfill if I can avoid it. I just had to think about it for a bit.
