There are 2 things you can do: System hardware drivers may be missing or corrupt, this could be caused by repair, reinstallation, system malfunction or malware. try using a driver repair program to repair/update the drivers for your headphone jack The headphone jack is dead, this will require you to replace the jack, this is difficult because you need to do some soldering to replace it. i’d recommend taking your laptop to a repair shop to have a look at it. If your laptop is still under warranty, then backup your data and send it along with your proof of purchase to where you got it and tell them what’s wrong Hope this helps!!!
