Hello! I recently dropped my laptop from an around ~1-2 foot drop, I picked it up, and it was working fine, but suddenly maybe like an hour later, my keyboard stopped working, my mousepad and mouse were moving the mouse around the monitor so the screen wasn’t frozen. And then after that when I tried to shut it down, the button to power it off didn’t work aswell, and then maybe 5 minutes later my audio cuts out and my mouse stopped working, im guessing the screen froze? So i tried shutting it off again, and i even unplugged it to maybe hopefully make it run out of battery but that didnt work either. Can someone help me out with this?
