My phone is stucked on startup screen

So I put my phone in charge during night and in the morning I found it stucked with Huawei logo. Tried to turn it off and it automatically turns on and stucked. Pwr botton + volume up doesn’t work, volume down only works if plugged to PC (fastboot 2.0 device detected) but I’m unable to do anything.
