The only option to recover data from a bricked iPhone on apple logo is to apply an update on top. This option would be to update the phone rather than restore it which would wipe your data. Usually what happens is if it's successful you'll be able to backup the phone and free up space. If it is not successful you'd get a error code usually between -20 to -30 which most of them indicate file system corruption that is unrepairable without a restore . You can also try forcing an update while the phone is in DFU mode. I believe this option is only available in 3utools to do it that way.
