ccz827 sounds like a bad jack. What should I do in order to solve the problem? It is soldered to your logic board so unless you are planning to replace beit by resoldering a new jack, it I would suggest considering an external USB device to eliminate that. Does it affect the computer if I don’t fix it? No, it will not aadversely affect your device.
