Power won't turn on after attempted reset

Texte:

I tried to reset the speaker by holding down the JBL connect button and volume up button to clear previous bluetooth pairings.  After approximately 10 seconds the speaker powered down and will not start again.  When I press the power button the 5 battery indication lights flash white once and that’s all.
