Unable to switch camera off.

Texte:

Camera failed to work at all, so bought new battery. Took one photo, then lens wouldn’t retract and I can’t shut camera off. Power switch seems to be not working at all. Never had any problems in past. Great camera, just no use at the moment.  Is there somewhere I can send it to get fixed ?
