you probably need to replace the LCD display, it's difficult to repair the LCD driver IC chips that are likely the culprit - see my answer to similar question [http://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/1549/Permanent+gray+line+on+screen|here] or other questions tagged with [http://www.ifixit.com/Answers/Tag/lines+on+screen|lines on screen]
 
it's possible the graphics controller may be faulty, or perhaps display cable, but usually defective lines that never change position are most likely in the display itself (try changing display resolution to see if the lines move, if they do it could be the gfx chip - otherwise it's the LCD)
