Have you torn down the laptop and completely cleaned it out. You would be so surprised how much dust can cause this type of issue.
Also are you sure your Drive is not failing, a basic surface test should let you know if your drive is failing. Minitools (Google Search ‘Minitools Partition Wizard For Free)offer a free partition wizard with in built surface test.
Still, I would be cleaning the laptop inside first, 90% of the time there a carpet of dust in between the CPU fan and heatsink.
