So Long story short I had to fix my wireless card on my laptop which I have not turned it on for like 2-3 months.
when I put everything together I realised that the keypad was not working at all but I still could use the laptop. Next day I opened my laptop and my daughter was watching something on it then she shut its lid after watching it while the apps were still running. Then I fixed the mousepad but when I put everything together again I realised the laptop is dead (not turning on). The power light comes on and when I press the power button the power light blinks so it registers.
Has anyone experienced the exact problem? Would it be the motherboard battery coz it got lose the first time I played with it.

I have fixed the restarting error by replacing the cmos battery.it works very well now but now I have encountered another problem. The touch pad does not work now. I have tried everything but I am unable to get it work. I’m told to update bios but since my battery doesn’t hold charge I am unable to to that. [br]
