@walker34 this is really not a repair related question and stands a good chance to get deleted. The best monitor is the one that you can afford and that you like, not what someone else would like to have.

If your are referring to a 1080 ti video card, check the instructions for that and see which specs will give you the best experience. Then determine which monitor has those specs and suits you.
