This same thing is happening to me but it is in fact my LEFT joy con, and it’s so frustrating to not find any answers. No buttons work except for the joystick itself. I’ve also left it docked for days, everything is updated, and no the buttons are not stuck and need to be cleaned with a %#*@ toothbrush. I’m just left wondering if I need to buy some more joy cons.
