The question is wifi name is not only showing on your laptop or everywhere else. If it is not showing only on your laptop means there is some technical fault in your laptop network settings. * Restart your laptop. Most of the issues are only fixed by rebooting the devices.
* Turn off and on wifi on your laptop.
* Forget the network and reconnect by searching it.
* Make sure you have connected with the correct wifi name or the wifi name is now changed. After resetting the wifi router you have to reconnect with the same wifi name. It won't auto-connect.
* Search Windows mobility center on your laptop and restart the wifi from there.
* Go to services.msc from RUN and restart wireless network services.
* Reset your wifi router and set it up again.
* Check your laptop's wifi card. It might not be working. You have to replace it.

In case none of your devices are finding wifi names, it means you have a problem in your Linksys router. In this case, you have to follow the instructions given below:

* Type username and password and then login. YOu can find it below on the Linksys router.
