From the « research » I did (basically I read through a lot of other people that the issue wasn’t fixable by software). I found out that repeated sloppy water exposure were the common tigger for ghost touch. The glue on the active 2 isn’t the best, some watch even open by themselves because of heat and normal use. Soppy water seems to more easy get to and damage the screen digitizer. If you wear a case over the watch it kill it faster because the humidity is getting trap and end up going insides the watch
