I tried everything at least 10 times , nothing worked . In the end I took it into the back alley by the garages & launched the stupid thing at a brick wall . The ipod still doesn't work (and is on 100 or so pieces) I have no portable music , but I feel much sight better not wasting my life with ipods & Itunes any more.....
