Hey there!

Windows does reboot a few times while installing. That is normal. So... can you get into the installer and use your mouse and everything? Or does it not even finish booting before it restarts? If it restarts without notifying and boots back into the installation setup, check the BIOS menu and make sure your main BOOT device is the internal hard drive or solid state drive.
