Making motherboard compatible with Win 11

Has any CPU mfgr come up with an exchangeable chip to replace obsolete win 10 chips? When win10 goes away, think of the waste created by all those desktops and laptops that cannot run win11. Perhaps ifixit can address this issue and find a path to prevent this planned obsolescence.
