My Dell Presision 5530 has been having some weird graphics issues. Here are some of them that happen:
* The top eighth of the screen will have a strip of random colored pixels that go away when moving the mouse over them.
* The display flickers black. This is accompanied by the audio stopping for a fraction of a second.
* Mouse cursor shows twice with the second one frozen
* The entire display is filled with lines. This only happened twice, and was fixed with a reboot.
The computer is still usable for now, and I usually get at least one of these things happening several times per hour of use.
Here are the things I have tried and did not fix it.
* Fully deleting and reinstalling both the Nvidia and Intel graphics drivers.
* Updating windows, bios, and graphics drivers
* sfc scan and DISM restore
How can I fix this? Is it a hardware problem, or software?
