Fruit and vegetable drawers freezing

The freezer seams fine but the fruit and vegetable drawers are icing up and the refrigerator doesn't seam to be getting cold enough. Checked temperature settings, clean coils and it still freezing bottom drawers. GE GFE28GSKISS
