Horrible battery life on my device as a result of increased Ram

I recently installed an extra stick of Ram in my computer (the model of which is above) and also an SSD, and now it's going through 80% of the battery in a matter of roughly 3 hours. Can I replace the battery with a much higher capacity battery or not?
