Update to the latest MacOS Sequoia 15.2 Beta 3 and you will have NO ARTIFACTS AT ALL
I bought from ebay an Macbook 2021 M1 Max with this issue and i updated it to this version i all the artifacts disappeared
Before installing the update

+PS: on 15.1 i still had the artifacts, just on the 15.2 Beta 3 the artifacts were gone
