@julia23769 I totally agree with my colleague @dadibrokeit this does sound like an antenna issue. Amazingly enough, you can actually scan your diagnostics to see if the audio antenna is connected (diagnostic code ss B142D) The scantool will have to be one that displays all of those codes. I do not think that a "normal scan" like you can get for free at places like Autozone, would shows those codes. It will not hurt to ask them. So, that would be a Jeep issue and they probably charge a "gazillion" for that check.
