You can try to reset it according to the Dell directions [https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=jfnvm|on here] If that does not work you may have to replace the BIOS IC on the motherboard. Or you can try to reflash your IC but you will need to find a clean BIOS to reprogram (you will need a reprogrammer as well) your IC.
