For me, when my PC was refusing to boot/display, it turned out that one of the CPU pins was misaligned, so maybe check that? Also, I would honestly recommend ''removing all of your components, and then putting them back in''. Also, when you turn on the computer, does the LED on the motherboard turn on? Finally, have you tried switching your input source/monitor input/cable?
