@tom72547 the battery in the G73 is a pouch battery. Yes, that could be quite normal since what you are feeling is most likely the electrolyte, which typically consists of a mixture of organic carbonates and LiPF ,,6,, salt. It can feel quite doughy. At this point I do not think that there is anything malicious going on with your battery.
